The Landing is a 503,500 SF, Class A life science campus in Burlingame, CA, designed to support cutting-edge research and innovation across two interconnected laboratory and office buildings. Spanning 4.5 acres, the project offers ready-built and warm-shell space, connected by a public plaza that encourages collaboration and community. Our team brought deep laboratory expertise to the project, supporting the unique technical and operational demands of life science environments. From early coordination through final installation, we delivered solutions tailored to high-performance lab spaces, ensuring systems, layouts, and materials aligned with the needs of modern research organizations. This included the delivery and installation of two fully built, move-in-ready spec suites, designed to accelerate tenant occupancy without compromising functionality or quality. Purpose-built for science-driven organizations, The Landing features enhanced floor-to-floor heights, a robust structural grid, and infrastructure to support a 60% lab-to-40 % office mix. Complementing the technical spaces are premium amenities, including a fitness center, conference facilities, tenant lounges, flexible indoor and outdoor work areas, and an indoor/outdoor café, while creating an environment that balances performance, collaboration, and wellness.
