Perched high above the city in downtown San Francisco’s Spear Tower, this Law Office project captures sweeping 360-degree views of the city, from the vibrant waterfront and bustling Ferry Building to the iconic Bay Bridge and the city’s striking skyline beyond. The setting called for an interior that would complement its surroundings, blending refined architectural millwork with the sophistication expected of a premier legal workspace. Partnering with GCI General Contractors, our team completed the millwork build-out of two full floors, thoughtfully crafting an expansive lobby, private offices, conference and meeting rooms, break areas, and integrated casework throughout. Each space was designed to balance functionality with elevated design, creating a seamless experience for both employees and visitors. The architectural millwork plays a defining role throughout the project. Custom wall paneling, precision-built cabinetry, and carefully detailed casework bring warmth and texture to the interiors, while clean lines and integrated elements create a cohesive, polished aesthetic.
