This project supports the launch of Bay FC, the newest club in the National Women’s Soccer League, by delivering state-of-the-art training and game-day environments. Spanning two locations, the project includes tenant and site improvements that are tailored to elevate player performance, wellness, and experience. Located on the San Jose State University campus, the 3,000-square-foot training facility was designed in collaboration with Bay FC’s four founders, each with extensive experience in professional soccer. The facility includes a signature team locker room with custom casework, coach and team offices, hydrotherapy and medical areas, an Indoor-outdoor lounge and team gathering patio, and salon-quality performance prep rooms. Adjacent to PayPal Park is a 3,600-square-foot space that serves as Bay FC’s operational hub on match days. Key features include custom player lockers and lounge, shower and taping facilities, and dedicated team and staff offices.
