Process
Mission Bell provides an end-to-end
business approach headed up by an experienced Project
Manager who is the single point of responsibility for
every project. The Project Manager is your assurance
that budget and schedules will be met. Mission Bell is
committed to providing consistent quality, service,
materials and workmanship.
Our customers include architects, developers, builders
and contractors. The process often starts with a
submission of plans, from which Mission Bell estimators
work up estimates and a detailed project bid. Often, the
estimating process itself stimulates discussions that
reveal innovative manufacturing approaches that can
reduce project costs. Once approved, Mission Bell
generates its own construction plans and materials
details. These are submitted for approval prior to
manufacturing.
When the project is ready to start, special CAD
(Computer-Aided Drawings) are prepared along with
programming codes that are used on the manufacturing
floor. Material is ordered, received, inspected and
approved prior to manufacturing. Mission Bell has
extensive experience in materials and manufacturing
engineering to maximize material usage and minimize
waste. This experience helps Mission Bell stay
competitive.
As pieces are manufactured, they are finished in
accordance with the project specifications. Mission Bell
has its own laminate, veneer and countertop facilities,
as well as painting, finishing and special materials
handling.
Finally, Mission Bell’s own crews deliver the
completed work and install it on site to ensure
everything is completed on time and in accordance with
client expectations.
