• 150,000 sf  of Tenant Improvements
• Conference Room Credenzas made from Quartered Figured Eucalyptus with black granite tops. 
• Lobby Area includes a complex Radius Reception Desk and Back Credenza with black granite top
• Low wall cap made with paint grade MDF and integrated glass privacy panel
• MDF Display Boxes
• Interlam Art Diffusion paneling at 4th and 5th Stairwells
• Plastic laminate upper and lower casework at various Copy Rooms, Storage Rooms, Main Copy Room, Work Room, typical open office, Phone room, Kitchenettes, Receiving/Staging area, and Men’s and Women’s Locker Rooms
