Description:
This 36,500 sf building features shared state-of-the-art laboratory facilities that will serve up to 20 bioscience and biotechnology start-up companies. It includes fourteen wet labs, seven dry labs, thirteen offices, three tissue culture facilities, four conference rooms, a library, a kitchen, and reception and storage areas. Mission Bell provided maple casework throughout the labs, and extensive plastic laminate cabinets with corian tops in the pantry, administrative rooms and breakrooms. The custom canted radius reception desk demonstrates Mission Bell's attention to detail and ability to work with metal and glass.
