With Barclay’s pride in their history of innovation their new headquarters location in San Francisco is a real priority.
Mission Bell’s scope on this prestigious FSC LEED Certified project included:
- 350,000 sf of Tenant Improvement with a 10-month project duration
- All wood veneers and hardwoods used are FSC Certified.
- All panel product cores meet the LEED criteria of no added urea formaldehyde.
- Quartered cherry veneer, slip-matched, Reception Area paneling with stainless steel reveals.
- Hallway Area wood veneer wall paneling of quartered figured, slip matched, cherry, with stainless steel reveals
- Elevator wood veneer wall paneling of quartered cherry, slip matched with stainless steel reveals.
- Multi-Purpose Room wood veneer wall paneling of quartered cherry, slip matched with stainless steel reveals.
- Coffee/Kitchen Area Accent Walls and Niche of “Rulon Company” panel grill system with cherry trim
- Lobby Break Area credenza of quarter figured cherry lower casework, clad in black granite
- Multi-Purpose Room wood ceiling assembly of quartered cherry ceiling paneling system
- Board Room wood ceiling assembly of quartered cherry
- Plastic laminate and cherry veneer casework at Coffee / Coat Areas, Kitchens, Mail Rooms, Copy Rooms, and Break Areas with plastic laminate and granite countertops.
