KPMG LLP LA
Description:
With offices all over the world, KPMG is a global network
of professional services firms whose aim is to turn knowledge
into value for the benefit of its clients, its people and
its communities. For more than a century, companies have relied
on KPMG to provide sound and valuable business advice and
help manage their business risks. When it was time for KPMG
to set up a new office in Los Angeles, they came to Mission
Bell to ensure the finished project reflected KPMGs
world-class standards.
Mission Bell provided quartered and figured anigre wall paneling
to the elevator lobby, main lobby, and various monitor kiosks
and cabinets throughout the project. The beautiful anigre
and cherry wood veneers were used in the reception desk, video
conference room and various other conference rooms as well.
Some unique aspects to this project are the mobile wood screens
with automotive paint finish and translucent panels. Because
of Mission Bells precision equipment and attention to
detail, we supplied and installed all of the mobile wood screens
because of the critical alignment needed between the radius
top track above and the bottom track on the floor. Mission
Bell also provided plywood templates to the framing sub-contractor
to follow for the built down soffit framing.
