Appreciating Worth starts with our amazing Mission Bell Team.  We have a complicated business.  Success only comes when all of us are working together.  Thankfully at Mission Bell we’ve got a team made up of high achievers with heart.  Whether projects smoothly fall in to place or are filled with opportunities for creative solutions, each member of the Mission Bell team is motivated to meet our commitments and deliver quality.

Employee of the Year 2007Pictured here is Mario Espinoza, Mission Bell’s Tracy Shop Manager, who received the Employee of the Year Award for 2007. Seven years ago Mario started at Mission Bell as a clean-up person in the shop but quickly demonstrated his ability to take on more and worked his way through the Production Department. In 2004, Mario became the Production Team Manager in Morgan Hill. “Bring it on!” is Mario’s trademark phrase. He was recently promoted to manage the entire Manufacturing Team in our Tracy facility. Mario exemplifies servant leadership, and is known for his ability to motivate his team with his optimistic outlook and hard working example. He has the respect of those on his team as well as those throughout Mission Bell, and consistently meets or beats his budget. He is definitely a key contributor to Mission Bell’s success. We’re fortunate to have him.

Communicating to our employees is a real priority at Mission Bell.  That’s why our weekly Great News Email message from Mark Scianna, President of Mission Bell is so important.  In it Mark shares the latest information about the successes and challenges we’re facing as a company, and communicates his vision, strategy and appreciation for specific accomplishments by Mission Bell team members.

At Mission Bell we’ve taken the time to think about where we bring the most value to our customers, and determined that the earlier we become involved the better.  We strive to develop win / win relationships with our General Contractor, Architectural and Direct Client customers.  To that end Mission Bell takes a very proactive approach to educating our clients about what we do best,

OUR PRODUCTS

Production ShopEverything Mission Bell manufactures is custom.  From the most intricate one-of-a kind quality woodwork fixture to plastic laminate casework, every piece is precisely made to order and conforms to exacting details of Architects.  But it isn’t all about the product.  Our first order of business is serving people.  Woodworking is the means by which we earn the right to interact and serve our customers, and each other while earning our livelihood.
